As soon as you realize you are going to need our services make the call to Safe Ride Solutions, even if you do not plan to go home for several more hours. We prefer to have our drivers on scene waiting for you by the time you are ready to leave.

If you change your meeting location, please call the SRS call Center to adjust the pick up time or location accordingly.

After you have made the call to Safe Ride Solutions, please check your phone periodically for calls or text messages from your driver.

Your Safe Ride Solutions membership is valid in any city we operate in. Check the locations for new service locations and cities coming soon.
